The blades of my knives are made with high-quality stainless or carbon steel, and they can be “full-tang” or “hidden-tang”. Each steel is subjected to the appropriate heat treatment, so to enhance the best quality. The handles are made with local, European and exotic woods, subjecting them to a resin stabilization process to make them waterproof and resistant.
Alternatives to wood are handmade “micarta”,horn, bone and other available materials.
The cases of my knives are hand-sewn leather covers, kidex cover or, for chef's knives, wooden stumps.
